what is integral coaching?

Integral Coaching is a powerful and compassionate path toward personal transformation.Whether you’re facing a life shift, craving clarity, or just sensing something inside ready to move, this work meets you where you are and helps expand what’s possible.

We might start with one part of your life, but the insights will ripple out, changing how you think, feel, connect, lead, and live. This approach honors the truth that your wisdom is already inside you. My job is to help you find it, trust it, and use it.

We work with your mind, heart, and body, each holding important knowledge. Through listening, reflection, and tailored practices, you’ll create lasting shifts in how you relate to yourself and the world.

Some areas we might explore:

  • Relationships: better communication, boundaries, deeper connections, self-awareness

  • Inner world: values alignment, emotional skills, breaking self-doubt patterns, self-compassion

  • Career & purpose: direction, aligning work and values, confidence, navigating change

  • Spiritual connection: meaning, rituals, intuition

Integral Coaching doesn’t see you as broken. You’re whole, growing, and capable. Together, we’ll uncover what’s ready to come forward so you can move with more trust, space, and alignment.

What if the answers you seek aren’t outside of you but waiting within?
Integral Coaching helps you reconnect with your inner wisdom, your values, your embodied truth.

integral coaching programs

Duration

Coaching programs usually run for six months, with 12 sessions in total. We start with a spacious intake session and end with a thoughtful closing reflection. After your intake, we’ll have a brief alignment call to review your personalized path and make sure everything feels right before your first full coaching session.

Sessions

Each session lasts 60 minutes and happens over video or phone, whichever works best for you. I design a program tailored to your rhythm and goals. Our conversations will connect your day-to-day reality with the bigger picture of who you’re becoming.

In-Between

Between sessions, you’ll be invited to reflect through journaling and practical exercises designed to help you live those new ways of being. Integral Coaching works best when it goes beyond our talks, when you bring those insights into your daily life. That commitment to yourself is where real change starts.

what you’re wondering

🔍 How is coaching different from therapy?

Coaching is about where you are now and where you want to go next. It’s forward-focused, action-driven, and all about building new ways to be. Therapy digs into healing trauma and working through the past. Both can be reflective and healing, but coaching is a set, time-limited process with a clear path, designed to boost self-awareness, growth, and real change that fits you.

🌀 Is therapy a prerequisite for coaching?

Not always, but sometimes therapy is the smarter first move. Coaching asks you to be ready to reflect, practice, and change. If old wounds still feel raw and need healing, therapy might be where to start. I’ll always be upfront about whether coaching fits your season, and I’ll guide you to what serves you best.

🌱 What will happen when I journey through Integral Coaching?

We’ll build a coaching program tailored to you, but let’s be clear: this work requires commitment. Based on your goals and our intake, I’ll create a path designed to stretch your mind, heart, body, and spirit.

Each session will dig into the real stuff, connected to your daily life. Between sessions, you’ll engage in practices and reflection to keep the momentum moving. By the end, you won’t just see change, you’ll feel fully yourself.

💠 What if I’m drawn to both coaching and Tarot?

These two approaches often work best together. Coaching provides the steady structure for lasting change, while Tarot brings intuitive insight and symbolic meaning. Let’s explore how combining them can support your journey.

⏳ How often do we meet?

Most clients meet with me every other week to leave room for practice and reflection. Some like weekly sessions to keep up the momentum. We’ll figure out the pace that fits your life and your goals.

💸 How much does coaching cost?

My pricing is built to be accessible. Using a discretionary income model, your investment is about 10% of what’s left after your essential monthly expenses. This way, I keep the work valuable but remove financial roadblocks.

🔁 Can I extend my coaching program or return for another round?

Yes. Many clients complete six months and come back when a new challenge or opportunity shows up. Some extend their programs to keep the momentum going.

💬 Do you offer couples or group coaching?

My coaching practice focuses on one-on-one work, where the deep, personal space creates real transformation. That impact often spreads, clients notice changes in how they relate to partners, family, friends, and coworkers. If you want to explore with a partner or group, some of my Tarot programs are self-guided with optional one-on-one support, making them great for shared reflection and connection.

“This being human is a guest house. / Every morning a new arrival. / A joy, a depression, a meanness, / some momentary awareness comes / as an unexpected visitor. / Welcome and entertain them all! / Even if they are a crowd of sorrows, / who violently sweep your house / empty of its furniture, / still, treat each guest honorably. / He may be clearing you out / for some new delight. / The dark thought, the shame, the malice. / meet them at the door laughing and invite them in. / Be grateful for whatever comes. / because each has been sent / as a guide from beyond.”

P.W. says:

“I felt immediately seen and heard by KP. She's extremely talented at being able to reflect back and articulate the narratives of the inner journey. The reflection exercises she gave me added a depth of insight and matched perfectly with the process I was going through. It felt like she was holding the book open for my story to be written.”

Rachel W. says:

“From the beginning of our coaching engagement, Kimberly has created a warm, open environment for self-examination and growth. Kimberly's guidance and insight as a coach helped me better understand myself and my relationships with others. Her thoughtfulness and wisdom in developing a highly-individualized coaching program have made the experience especially meaningful. The tools and frameworks she's developed to support our process have continued to play an important role in my life and my practices. Through my work with Kimberly, I have become more confident expressing and sharing my authentic self with others and have reconnected with habits and activities that bring me joy. My relationships with others, in both personal and professional spaces, are deeper and more open. I highly recommend Kimberly to anyone looking to work through life challenges by exploring and working towards your truest goals!”
